The Trinity Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday evening, August 31 at 7:00 pm in the Centennial Middle School cafeteria, just south of 51st Street across from Trin-ity Creek. Items to be covered during this meeting are important to EVERY resident of Trinity Creek, whether you reside in the Cottages (the gated portion), Phase I or Phase II.

You should have received a meeting notice/agenda and proxy in the mail already. If you have not received that package, you can email Sharon Moguin at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it If you cannot attend the meeting, the proxy is provided for you to vote absentee. You can fill out and sign the proxy, giving a neighbor or someone else you trust the right to cast a vote in your place. You can tell that per-son to vote for the candidate of your choice but if you do not direct them, the person with your proxy can vote for any person they wish.

Among other items on the agenda, we will be electing a new Board of Directors to handle HOA business for the upcoming year in-cluding the budget, decisions on upkeep of Trinity Creek’s common areas, assuring proper adherence to neighborhood covenants and other items that affect not only you but all of your neighbors. Come and voice your opinions, ask questions, and vote for the candidates of your choice. The list of candidates and ballots will be distributed at the meeting and each candidate will have an opportunity to address the members.

This is the one chance for every household in Trinity Creek to meet with the entire neighborhood and be heard. Please remember you have a voice in items such as dues structure, amenities and other decisions regarding our new and developing neighborhood. Your atten-dance at the meeting will bring you up-to-date on issues of concern to you and your neighbors, allow you to ask questions and voice your concerns. See you there!

POOL UPDATE . . .

Summer is coming to an end, school has begun and it’s time to adjust the pool schedule. While the pool will remain open daily for residents to enjoy (except Tuesdays for maintenance) from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. through the month of September, see the hours for lifeguard attendance below. 

Lifeguards will be on duty through Labor Day Monday at the following hours:

Fridays from 4:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Saturdays from 10:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Sundays from 1:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Labor Day Monday from 10:30 a.m.-8:30pm. 

When guards are not on duty the slide will remain closed per Tulsa city ordinance. Children under the age of 12 will require a responsible person 16 years or older to accompany them. 

Please note that after Labor Day Monday the pool will remain open to our members to enjoy through September but no lifeguards will be on duty after Labor Day.
