We are pleased to inform you that the Trinity Creek pool will open for the Summer at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 23rd.   Hopefully, the weather will cooperate!  We are attaching a copy of the Trinity Creek Pool Rules as a reminder of the proper pool season conduct, age limitations, rule enforcement, etc.   It is important that all rules are observed for your own safety and enjoyment.   Rules on the attached list as well as those posted on the signs within the pool area will all apply.

• Pool Hours:  Open hours will be from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.  The pool will be closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.
• Adult Swim Only:  We will have “Adult Swim Only” hours on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Please note that there will not be a lifeguard on duty during those 2-1/2 hours.
• Lifeguards:  Lifeguards will be on duty at all other times during pool opening.  The lifeguards are employees of All Season Management, LLC.  We ask that you respect the authority of the lifeguards to enforce the rules of the Trinity Creek Pool.
• Gate Access:  This system was installed last year to discourage use of the pool by those living outside Trinity Creek.  The pool is provided and paid for by Trinity Creek residents only and we need to monitor attendance.  Remember, the lifeguards do not have authority to admit those without their pool card.  Please make sure you have your card with you.  This card has a special number encoded which will allow your family access to the pool through the pool gate.
• New residents:  We have enclosed your own personal access card with this mailing.  This card is for adults in your household only and should not be given to others.  Please keep track of this card as replacement cards will cost $25.00.  This card has a special number encoded which will allow your family access to the pool through the pool gate.
• Lost Cards: If you have lost the card given you last year, contact Collins & Associates at 524-3833.  Another one will be provided you and your dues account will be charged $25.00.
• Cards distributed last year:   The card provided you last year will be in force this year as well.  If you have lost your card, please call Collins as noted above.
• Delinquent Dues:  You must be current on your dues or your card will not be activated.  Further, if you become delinquent during the season, your card will be de-activated.  Please make sure your dues are current.
• Guests:  Many have asked about bringing guests to the pool.  Guest fees are set at $2.00 per guest.  We have put a limit of 5 guests per household per day.  Hopefully, this will give you plenty of latitude in bringing guests.  This practice will be reviewed if it becomes a problem.  There will be a guest fee box located near the pool house for collection of the fees on an honor system basis.  The fees will be used for the benefit of the Association.  Last year’s income from guest fees and clubhouse charges were used to purchase new pool furniture.

The clubhouse and/or pool are available for private rentals.  Please call Collins & Associates, Inc., at 524-3833, regarding clubhouse reservations. Renting the clubhouse does not include use of the pool.  The clubhouse rental has been set at $50.00.  There will be a refundable $200 deposit as well.
