There are two times when children should cross 51st Street to the schools:  between 7:30 -- 9:00 AM and 2:30 -- 4:00 PM. 

Children should always cross the street using the marked crossing (near the entrance for the cottages) with the assistance of the school crossing guard.  Please Note:  The crossing guard is not allowed to assist children with crossing outside of the approved time, shown above. 

 If your child needs to be at school before 7:30, we would highly recommend that you drive them to the school to avoid having them cross 51st street without assistance.  

Our kids' safety is everyones' top concern.  Traffic is really heavy on 51st Street, especially in the morning.  Let's all watch out for the youngsters and support the school crossing guard in getting our kids to school safely.
